Prompt#3

Since my parents are engineers, so I decide to interview them about their experiences on writing in the engineering field.

The first question is what they write and how they write it. What they write the most is the report for the new product. It will contain the descriptions of the new product. How they make it and what the features of the new products. Sometimes, it will relate the patent report. It needs to be very carious to write a patent report. Otherwise, it will have negative impact to the company. When they write it, they need to refer to a lot of martial such as the policy from the government to the various products. All in all, your words need to be rigorous.

The second question is what’s the common misconception. The most common misconception for the writing in engineering field is that is not like the things we write in college. You don’t even need any rhetoric and what you need is to be rigorous.
         Now, I feel that writing in engineering is quite different from the writing in the college. It just like engineering, everything need to be very cautious. Every part need to be calculated carefully.
